In case you do not want to develop yourself: is quite possible that a similar solution has already been published on WCMExchange.

A WCB is not limited to one installation but can be re-used in other GX WebManager 9 installations. With different parties developing and exchanging WCBs an ecosystem will evolve allowing new possibilities such as joint development among partners and customers.
